Our Story
Built to solve a problem we saw firsthand
Hyderabad's industrial belt — stretching from Patancheru to Medchal, Nacharam to Jeedimetla — employs hundreds of thousands of contract workers. Yet most factory HR managers spend disproportionate time chasing attendance data, resolving wage disputes, and managing vendor relationships instead of focusing on operations.
FactoryForce was built to fix exactly this. Under the legal entity Integrated Engineering Services, we created a structured three-tier model: manpower vendors supply workers, FactoryForce manages deployment and supervision, and factories get a single, accountable point of contact for their entire contract workforce.
Attendance-linked billing, Aadhaar-verified workers, and a dedicated site supervisor on every client site — these aren't aspirations, they're our operating standard.
