Getting Started

How do I request manpower from FactoryForce?
Fill the quote request form on our website or WhatsApp us directly. Share your requirement — role, quantity, site address, and start date — and we'll respond within a few hours.
What is the minimum number of workers I can request?
We work with requirements from as few as 5 workers. For smaller requirements, we still assign a part-time supervisor point of contact.

Workers

How are workers verified before deployment?
All workers are Aadhaar-verified through our vendor network. For certain roles, we also verify prior work history and conduct a basic skills check.
What worker categories do you supply?
General factory labour, semi-skilled workers, skilled technicians, machine operators, forklift operators, quality checkers, housekeeping staff, supervisors, and security (unarmed). See our Services page for full details.
What if a worker doesn't show up or leaves early?
You're billed only for actual days worked. If a worker leaves, we work to provide a replacement. Ongoing no-shows are escalated to the vendor for resolution.

Billing

How does billing work?
We bill monthly based on verified attendance records. You pay the daily wage per worker × actual days worked, plus a 10% service charge. GST is charged separately if applicable.
Do I need to pay for days a worker is absent?
No. FactoryForce billing is 100% attendance-linked. You only pay for days your workers are present and verified.
Is there a long-term contract required?
No. We operate on monthly cycles. You can scale up, scale down, or exit with reasonable notice.

Operations

What does a site supervisor do?
Our supervisors take daily attendance, manage worker issues on the floor, liaise with your HR team, and report back to FactoryForce operations. Every site has 1–2 supervisors depending on headcount.
How quickly can you deploy workers?
For general labour and helpers, typically 24–48 hours. For skilled roles, 3–5 working days. Bulk deployments (50+ workers) may take slightly longer.

Compliance

Who handles PF and ESI for contract workers?
This depends on the contract structure. We can advise on the appropriate arrangement. Contact us to discuss your specific setup and compliance requirements.
What law governs contract labour in Telangana?
The Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 and the Telangana Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Rules apply. We operate in compliance with these regulations.

Vendors

How do manpower vendors work with FactoryForce?
Vendors supply workers from their pool to FactoryForce. We manage deployment, attendance, and client billing. Vendors are paid monthly wages plus a commission per worker who completes a minimum 7-day tenure.
How do I register as a vendor?
Visit our Vendor Registration page, fill the form, and we'll review your application within 48 hours.
