Becoming a vendor partner with FactoryForce changes that dynamic. Here's exactly how our vendor model works.
The Basic Model
FactoryForce sits between factories (our clients) and manpower vendors (our partners). Factories tell us their requirement — role, quantity, site, dates. We deploy workers sourced from our vendor network to those factories. Vendors supply the workers, FactoryForce manages the client relationship, attendance tracking, billing, and compliance. Vendors receive a monthly payment per worker for completed deployments. It's a straightforward three-party chain: factory pays FactoryForce, FactoryForce pays vendors.
What We're Looking for in Vendors
We work with vendors who can supply: Aadhaar-verified workers (identity verification is non-negotiable). Workers with some level of experience relevant to the role (general labour, semi-skilled, skilled — depending on requirement). Reliable headcount — if you commit to 20 workers for a deployment, we need 20 workers to show up. Vendors who can operate across multiple sites get more work. Vendors who specialise in specific types of workers — say, forklift operators or pharma line workers — get matched to those specific requirements.
Payment Structure
Vendors are paid on a per-worker, per-day-completed basis for workers who complete a minimum tenure (typically 7 working days at a site). This protects against deployments that don't work out in the first two days. Payment cycles are monthly, with payments processed within 7–10 working days after the end of the billing month. We do not hold back payment. If FactoryForce has been paid by the factory, vendors get paid on time. This is the single most common complaint we hear about other arrangements — late or inconsistent payment. We take it seriously.
Compliance and Documentation
To work as a FactoryForce vendor, you need: Aadhaar copies for each worker you supply (for our verification records). A GST registration if you are billing above the GST threshold. Basic identity documentation for your own business (Aadhaar/PAN of proprietor, if sole proprietor). You do not need a CLRA licence to supply through FactoryForce — our licence covers the deployment. However, if you operate independently at the same time, you should obtain your own licence.
How Deployments Work
When FactoryForce receives a requirement from a factory, we match it to vendors in our network based on: Geographic proximity (vendors closest to the factory site). Worker pool size (do you have the headcount available?). Track record (have your previous deployments been reliable?). You'll receive a deployment request with: the factory location, role description, daily wage, expected number of workers, and start date. You confirm availability, provide worker details, and FactoryForce handles onboarding and site orientation. Your supervisor can accompany workers for the first day, or our supervisor handles it.
Becoming a Registered Vendor
The registration process takes a few days. Fill the Vendor Registration form on our website (vendor-registration page). Our team will review your submission and contact you within 48 hours. We'll have a call to discuss your worker pool, the areas you cover, and the types of roles you can supply. If there's a good match, we'll complete documentation and add you to our active vendor network. There's no registration fee. We don't charge vendors to join — we earn from the service charge we bill to factories.
